I recently received clarification on the legality of soybean oil. If you’ve downloaded my cheat sheets from the Resouces section of this blog, you may want to download them again and discard the earlier version.
Previously, I listed soybean oil as “legal/illegal” because the BTVC book said one thing and the Legal / Illegal list on the BTVC website said the opposite. This came up on the scdinfo group recently and it was clarified that the BTVC website is correct as Elaine changed her mind about it after further research.
