This is truly a treat. Even the people who don’t like fish, tend to like it! The smoking compliments the rich flavor of the salmon.

This salad has become a staple at our family gatherings. Not only is it beautiful, but the asiago plays nicely against the strawberry. It is one of my most requested recipes.
