Perfect chicken

Several notes regarding this Slashfood article:

  1. Use home made garlic powder instead of store bought.
  2. Canola oil is to be avoided, but you need a high smoke point oil. I like walnut oil.
  3. At an oven temperature of 400 degrees, I expect that there will be some smoke regardless.
  4. You may also want to consider brining your chicken.
