I recently stumbled across an SCD bakery called “Gut Food?” They opened just this last January and have a wide selection of goods. Be sure to check the “About” section for the backstory. It’s one I’ve heard so many times it’s practically become a stereotype. Kim was very responsive when I emailed her so I bet if you have questions about their goods, she’d be happy to answer them.
As if it weren’t enough to start an SCD bakery while raising a family, the Scharfs donate a portion of their profits to The ARC of Greater Plymouth and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
