Once you sign up for this webinar you’ll get access to videos about healing your gut. I’ve had a look at what’s available so far and it looks good. It’s very detailed and I think could really help if you are unhappy with your progress on the SCD or just want to feel better than you do. Listening to your body, testing and tweaking seem to be the main themes here.
I didn’t know what a webinar was, but I learned that the best way to think of it is as an online conference. There will be a live presentation with a Q & A session afterward. Knowing Steve and Jordan and the quality of their work I suspect you’ll be happy you took the time to attended.
