I started about 4 weeks ago on the scd diet. I have seen some improvement.I know also that if I cheat I head to the bathroom. I have severe inflammation and my doctor thinks i might need an ostomy bag which i really don’t want so i found this diet and am willing to do anything not to have an ostomy bag. I had been eating all the wrong foods for so long and I think this is healthier for me and my crohns.
